Massive Earthquake Strikes Hualien: Severe Damage to Homes

On April 3, a 7.2 magnitude earthquake struck Taiwan, followed by numerous aftershocks. The Hualien region, located at the earthquake’s epicenter, was severely affected. The quake caused extensive damage, not only to local infrastructure but also to many homes, leaving families in urgent need of major repairs.

DANCELiGHT’s Response: Lighting Up Hualien with Hope

In response to the disaster, DANCELiGHT initiated a relief effort, bringing warmth and encouragement to the people of Hualien. A truck loaded with a variety of lighting equipment, filled with love and support, set off from DANCELiGHT's Tainan headquarters, crossing mountains and tunnels to reach Hualien. DANCELiGHT distributed these lights to 12 local organizations, including churches, tribal groups, community development associations, and cultural development organizations. Through these donations, DANCELiGHT aimed to provide meaningful assistance to those in need.
